Is there a discount for purchasing multiple tickets?
No, at this time we are not offering discounts for more than one ticket purchased at a time.
What happens if I need to cancel my in-person ticket?
If for any reason you need to cancel your trip, we are only able to refund the difference between the in-person experience and the virtual experience ($200 value).
Are refunds available for any ticket type?
Unfortunately, no. If you are unable to attend in person, we are happy to refund the difference between the in person and the virtual ticket ($200 value).
I want to transfer my ticket to someone else, what do I do?
Please log in to your Eventbrite account and transfer the ticket virtually. The two parties are responsible for arranging payment if needed. **All ticket transfer requests (both in person and virtual) must be completed by 5pm EST on Friday, March 25th. Any ticket transfers after March 25th will not reflect correct attendee information and may result in the inability to access the event.
How will I access my ticket virtually?
After you purchase your ticket, you will receive an email with login and access instructions to our virtual event platform a few days before Unite kicks off!
Can more than one person share one virtual ticket?
You will only be able to log in from one device at a time. We kindly ask that you also follow your local and CDC guidelines on gathering in groups together while streaming.
If I have to quarantine during my trip, will I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we will not be offering any refunds. We will address this on a case-by-case basis if needed, but you are able to access the event virtually if you’ve purchased the in-person experience and need to view from a distance.
Where can I purchase my ticket for virtual Training Day?
No separate purchase is required! You will have access to the virtual Training Day sessions with your Unite ticket purchase.
Will I need a separate ticket for social events?
All networking and social events are included with the In Person Ticket option except for the Welcome Party on Thursday, April 7th. Due to COVID-19 safety protocol, our venue has a strict limited capacity. You must purchase a separate ticket in order to ensure your spot at the Welcome Party. Party includes a full open bar, unlimited food, and entertainment as well as plenty of networking opportunities.
I’m worried that I’m going to get busy and miss sessions if I purchase a virtual event ticket. Will I be able to access those to watch later?
Yes! All Unite ticket purchases (including if you are attending in person!) will receive access to our session recordings for 30 days after Unite has ended.
What safety measures will be put into place?
As always, our number one priority is your safety. While we plan for an in-person event option, our team is working diligently to make sure everything is planned to support your health and well-being, and Unite will follow a set of guidelines informed not only by our own organizational protocols, but also by the procedures put in place by the CDC, our host hotels, venue, airlines and the city of Charleston.
Are you requiring proof of vaccination?
In compliance with our venue’s current rules and regulations, at this time we are requiring proof of vaccination AND/OR proof of negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours. Proof of full vaccination can be in the form of paper vaccination card, printed photocopy of vaccination card, or photo of vaccination card on a mobile device. The vaccination card must show 14 days have passed since final dose of vaccine. Attendees should also bring a photo ID.
What tests are eligible as proof of a negative COVID-19 test?
Only a PCR test or a rapid test will be accepted as proof of a negative COVID-19 test. An at-home COVID-19 test will not be accepted.
Will there be a mask mandate in place?
We are closely monitoring the recommendations from our local and state government as well as the CDC, so at this time, we are not requiring masks to be worn while indoors; however, that may change! We will update our attendees with any changes as soon as they are made.
